Our clients rarely talk to me, but I am in the background making sure our processes are running smoothly. I have over 15 years of corporate experience. I monitor the day-to-day operations, report on performance, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency. I also make sure our follow-up processes are completed, help build our client profiles, maintain communication with the team, and ensure each stage is completed while managing client’s expectations. On my time off, I enjoy travelling, learning about different cultures and cuisine and spending time with family and friends.
