I highly recommend Lemley DWI & Defense Lawyers! Samantha Kassen did an amazing job handling my misdemeanor case, and I’m so thankful that my case was ultimately dismissed. From the beginning, she was professional, helpful, and made me feel like I was in good hands.
One thing I really appreciated was their communication. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on with my case. I never felt like I was being left in the dark.
They also offer a great payment plan, which made it much easier for me to afford the legal representation I needed. I’m truly grateful for all their hard work and dedication. I just got my dwi2nd and it was about 6 months apart from my first i was charged with that and several other things.i called a local attorney in my town to see what he could do he told I was done and I was going to have to do some jail time are get you a good lawyer and hung the phone up in my face. So I googled and Kevin Lemly law firm came up .We spoke and they took the case didn't care rather I was guilty are not his team was very courteous got me an amazing plea deal and Kevin was by my side the whole time in the court room he saved me alot of money and even got them to lower the fine some more on the day of the trial I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome . If your ever in a bind Dwi etc Kevin Lemly is the firm to see ..Thank yall so much!!

Kevin and his team did an excellent job representing my family. My loved one was facing 25 years, and instead received 15 years — 10 years incarcerated and 5 years in the free world.
In my eyes, Kevin is the G.O.A.T. of criminal defense in Arkansas. When you have someone you love facing serious time, the feeling of helplessness is hard to explain. Kevin and his team gave our family hope when we needed it most.
I was nervous at one point after not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, but Kevin proved to be a man of his word. He told me my loved one would have to go to prison, but not for the rest of their life — they would come home, and the focus was on determining when.
That meant everything to us.
They also took our financial situation into consideration and met us where we were. My family is extremely grateful for the representation, honesty, compassion, and work they put into this case.

I have been more than pleased with Kevin and his team. I know that every case is different, but in our situation they were able to help prevent things from going any further than they could have and most likely would have if not for him and his team. This is an excellent law firm helmed by an excellent attorney in Kevin Lemley. They successfully handled my case, which ultimately was an act of retaliation and malicious prosecution against me for standing up to a corrupt local government who definitely did not take kindly to having their unethical behavior called out.
Throughout my case, I dealt with all three attorneys including Kevin, Lauren Scoggins, and Madison Cameron). They were all professional and great at their jobs, but in the end, it was Madison who brought everything home. She argued the case to dismiss the charges that had been falsely brought against me, and she did it eloquently and supported by facts.
Madison outpaced, outclassed, and outperformed the prosecuting attorney, and the charges were indeed dropped. I’m appreciative to this entire team and especially to Madison through this extremely stressful ordeal.
Lastly, I want to point out that this case dragged on for about two years, and through the entire process, the team sent weekly notes and an online link to a drive that contained all pertinent documents to my case.
This high level of organization really let me know that they were on top of everything, so even with all of the stress, at least I could feel confident that the entire legal team was dedicated to making sure that no details of my case were missed and that I was updated on all the various court appearances that I had to make.
If you are in a position where you are being targeted or retaliated against by local government, do not succumb to their threats and intimidation. Lawyer up with these people, and let them handle it. I highly recommend this legal team.

Lemley Law Firm is hands down the lawyer you need on your side. They are professional, confident and knowledgeable. Yet, they are personable and approachable. They made communication easy. Kevin Lemley Law Partners literally saved my freedom. I caught a firearm charge 2 months after being released from prison. I was being offered 15 years. Kevin made sure to help me and my boyfriend understand the entire process and feel confident while waiting. They as a team were involved in my case and I was always able to contact someone that could answer my questions and they would give me their time. Kevin and his staff were wonderful! I was very uncertain how my legal issue would turn out. Kevin explained the steps and likely outcome. That calmed me a bit, but seemed too good to be true. Then the final decision was exactly as he explained.

Kevin and his staff did a great job. We’re in constant communication with me throughout the divorce process. Anytime I had any questions it was very easy to set up a phone spot with him, and he was more than happy to answer anything I asked. When D-Day came he was there waiting for me out in front of the court room when I got there, and handled himself flawlessly. Don’t want another divorce, but if I have one I’ll definitely be using Kevin.
