Samantha Kassen
Attorney
Personal Experience
I understand how criminal cases are built—because I used to build them.
Before entering private practice, I served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where I handled a wide range of criminal matters and spent significant time in the courtroom.
Having spent years inside a prosecutor’s office, I understand how cases are evaluated, what evidence prosecutors rely on most, and where weaknesses in the State’s case can arise. I now use that knowledge to carefully examine the evidence, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities that strengthen our clients’ defense.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, traveling, and tackling the occasional jigsaw puzzle.
